Refund Policy

Our Philosophy

We want you to pay for Dayward because you love using it, not because you feel trapped. If Dayward isn't working for you, we'd rather give you your money back than keep a reluctant customer.

Monthly Subscriptions

Full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. If you were charged for a monthly renewal and you want a refund, just ask. We'll process it.

After 14 days, we'll still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We err on the side of generosity.

Annual Subscriptions

Full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any annual renewal. Annual plans represent a bigger commitment, so we give you a longer window to make sure Dayward is right for you.

After 30 days, we'll offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@dayward.app with the email address associated with your account. We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period.
  • You won't be charged again.
  • Your data stays in your account. You're downgraded to the Free plan, not deleted.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time.
